I think it's time for the people in the 3rd district of Ohio to vote Mr. "Earmark-Cash for Clunkers" Turner out of office. The argument "if we don't grab some of the money confiscated from taxpayers, California will" is falling on deaf ears. He doesn't get it. How can you claim to be a fiscal conservative when you engage in this sort of redistribution of wealth?
