Even if he wasn't supposed to take it home because this parents didn't pay the insurance fee the school violated their own policies by activating the tracking software. It was only to be used for lost or stolen laptops. All the school had to do was call to tell him to return the laptop.

They'll take payoffs from the defendant's attorneys to "water down" the case on their behalf. Many school officials are pedophiles. It's a magnet for pedophiles to be around young people.

The Patriot Act made obtaining a warrant for a wiretap easier in certain circumstances.

The Democrats under Clinton passed CALEA, it's lead sponsor was Patrick Leahy. CALEA built the wiretap infrastructure.

Since then the telephone company doesn't have to confirm a warrant since they're not involved; law enforcement has direct access remotely. They are subject to audits afterwards to make sure they had a warrant or other legal justification.

Gotta blame both parties for recent abuses.

One of the other stories was about a 6-yr-old girl who was acting out at school and the school called the cops on her; she was handcuffed AND ARRESTED in front of the entire school and taken to a mental facility WITHOUT the parents knowledge; they were never called. And if people think this is only happening in our public schools, just wait until Big Brother is shown for what they are doing behind the scenes, too!
