My daughter Melissa was given 1 hr to live at Columbia Presbyterian Hosp Bx NY. Both her lungs were unable to stop bleeding. Drs said that not even a lung transplant would save her. I remember how in the supernatural God used Moses to part the red sea.So I prayed God in the supernatural power you gave Moses I ask you to close my daughter's lungs like you did to the red sea.. Drs call it miraculous. I say b/c I dared to believe I received.Drs encourage me to write a bk.

This performance is not from 1970. It's actually 10 years older: March 10, 1960 to be exact. Odetta was already a major figure in the social protest movement of the times, and it was a risk to TEF's image to perform with her. The result, of course, was wonderful.
