the scars are stll there, the before photos have dim light to show depth of scars and shadows, and the after photos have a light switched on to minimise the scarring depth and the shadows are gone to give a false appearance, it's an old trick, as they say "the trick of light"

this is a scam. if you look at the before photo you will see shadows on his ears from a light above his head. This is used to make his scars appear as at their worst.

In the second still there are no shadows on his ears meaning that a light is being shined dfrom the side to make the scars appear at their best.

We cannot therefore discern whether or not this treatment had any effect at all given the inconsistent lighting. (which makes a massive difference)

i found that the following things have helped:

-using lemon juice at night

-try out several creams to try out which works (if one doesnt show any reaction after a week or so try another if you can)

-sleep well, eat well and try drinking water more

-wash your face carefully with cold water at least 2-3 times a day

-washing face with bicarb. powder CAREFULLY may help oily skin

-try not touching face or acne spots even if they are quite bad (trust me it helps)

-try to de-stress =)

Its been like 16 months now and i haven't gotten more than 1 tiny pimple at a time since then and trust me, no one on this earth had bad acne like i did...i couldn't even go outside because i felt too embarrassed to show my face in public. I wish i took some pictures, because i really want to tell everyone thats suffering from acne that there is a cure!

Its called "Accutane" in the U.S and "Roaccutane" in other countries. However, it has to be prescribed by a dermatologist...and if you show any signs of depression or attempts of suicide game over, because they'll never prescribe it for you because its the most effective and the most powerful acne medication on the planet!

and how long did it take to clear up your skin?

i have very severe acne and i've tried everything and nothing seems to work BUT am scared to use accutane...

All i had was cracked lips and a dry face which is good because i wasn't used to that. I had oily skin. However, during Accutane it was extremely dry, and now its normal. Also, i started to see noticeable results in 2 months i think but my face was completely dry on the 3rd week.

I'd say don't be scared to use it and if you don't want to have acne scars its really the only thing on the market that will cure your acne a really good 90% which is awesome. Sorry i gave you a disagree on your comment by accident my fingers touched it :(
