  • the fat burning is easier for regular people that cant get their heart rate up to Anerobic higher intensity training. Regular Joe's can have a heart attack if the intensity of the work out is too high. Rememnet he the training principle to burn more fat its better to combine both Fat burning and Cardio zones thats what p90x does
