Snuffy Jenkins was one of the original pioneers of the three-finger style in the Piedmont section of NC.. until Earl Scruggs came and turned it into the most popular style of banjo playing and is still the reason why bluegrass got it's name.
What's wrong with Leroy Troy?! He's done alot to promote old time and bluegrass.
He's a great showman in the style of Uncle Dave Macon. Plus he has a great knowledge of old nearly forgotten tunes,. He's not some Northerner transplant ..
Does anybody know what tune Bill Monroe is playing at about 4:59?
