  • hey bro check out my 357 sig vs steel rim vid

  • 357 sig bad ass round

  • thats quite cool 2 guns in one

  • I apologize if it's already been asked, but when you change over to the .357sig barrel, are you changing the spring as well. I know the "sig" round burns a shit load hotter than it's .40 counter part. I am considering going to the "sig" round instead of toting around my heavy ass full size 1911 all the time lol

  • @HvyMetal4Ever ...no all you have to change is the barrel to match the appropriate ammo.

  • If you have a glock 33 you get .357 sig, 40 S&W AND 9mm ^^

  • It has a decocker, right?

  • dang! you're ready for war man.

  • I don't like rap that much, cause I have a black neighbor and his buds or cousins that a couple times try to scare me or whatever and they somehow knew I had a gun and one time a neighbor's bud or whatever was saying "where's my piece at?" Why do you think you have freedom to say whatever threatening thing you can say? I never said anything .

  • @Shotosboring1stpick ...i listen to all kinds of music. As for your neighbors some people are idiots or just ignorant.

  • so for a conceal and carry handgun that will go to the range at least twice a week would you recommend a 9mm or a higher such as .357 or .40s&w ?

  • @snowboardersrule...not an easy question to tackle. I love my Glock 22 and (2) Glock 23's in .40S&W because it's a bigger caliber than a 9mm and closer to ballistics of a .45acp.

But, you got to consider your needs and carry options. Also 9mm is usually cheaper if you're going to be "busting caps" at the range. .357 magnum is some serious fire-power...lol!

Sorry I couldn't give you a definitive answer. Choose what's best for you. if you watch my videos I have a lot of options.

  • @snowboardersrule

if youre going to be expending a lot of rounds at the range, go 9mm. you can pick up plenty of winchester white box for plinking. also, for carry, the gap between 9mm and .40 is closer now due to advanced technoloy helping bring better ballistic defensive loads to 9mm.

  • love your vids are these still made or is it redesigned as a new model ? i'm from canada and want to find one !

  • @modernworrior ...10-4...Sig still makes this firearm with some improvements and cosmetic changes the new designation is Sig Sauer SP2022.

  • that's sweet jack! I have a S&W M&P 357 SIG, and I love It!

  • Very informative video Army. 5*

  • how many rounds does it hold

  • @MrPrivatetv1 ...12+1.

  • Great video. This is my next gun.

  • We also make the 2022 for the Columbian military as well.

  • HEY j.t love ur vids i was wondering about .357 sig does it pack the same amout or punch than a standard .357 magnum

  • @19xTaticalx11...short answer is no...now I'm no expert on firearm ballistics but, it's my understanding that was the intent and it does comes close.

However, a fully loaded and true .357 round is a hunting capable cartridge which the .357 sig is not...just my humble opinion.

  • @HELLZZARMY

.357SIG is designed to replicate the performance of a .357 revolver with a 4'bbl in a 3'bbl automatic.

  • @19xTaticalx11 - the .357 sig shows identical ballistics when compared to the .357 magnum using 125 grain ammo. However, the 357 magnum is able to handle heavier loads and still put up good numbers. Where the 357 sig performance drops off with the heavier loads.

  • @ASSDECUBITUS By ballistics numbers, what are you talking about? Accuracy? Stopping power?

  • My S&W M&P 40 also can be converted to a 357 Sig with just a barrel swap out. The mag is the same for the 40 and 357. essentially turning that 40 into a 357 makes for a super high velocity 9mm.

  • 10-4...same principle just a different firearm...

  • Yup, sig's are awesome, I want one in my collection some day soon.

  • 5* for the song!!!

    =D

  • eh uncle sup,so what i heard its impossible for get one concealed carry permit in hawaii...is dis true or what?

    tanks dave

  • it's true...this is a very RESTRICTIVE State.

the only people carrying guns here are Law Enforecement and Criminals...lol!

  • You are aware that this firearm has a de-cocking mechanism right? You lay it down cocked and proceed to load it with the next set of ammo. The de-cocking lever to me is one of the main highlights of this gun. The fact that this gun has zero safety measure other than its double action trigger should be stressed as well. That aside, it's an excellent firearm, and i have no quams. 5 stars on the info.

  • Yes I know...there was nothing chambered.

    Thanks for your input...

  • @Anix44 If you are responsible with your gun you should not need a safety, Glocks don't have one either.

  • Great ammo selection (gold dots)

    Terrible music selection ( cRap)

  • to each their own huh...

  • @Bullittstable: I would normally agree with you about the music, but this song in particular was very catchy. :)

  • waddup.

which is easier to shoot rapid fire? 40 or 357?

I am considering purchasing the 357 Sig barrel for my 40 s&w 2022.

  • For me .40S&W is easier...the .357Sig round is a little snappier.

  • what is the trigger before and after you cock the hammer? watch my videos on m glock and my 1100 hellzz

  • Are you refering to the decocker lever...

  • i never herd of a 357 sig...i like it tho..i gotta question....do they fit a regular 357 revolver bullet?....or do they have a specail made 357 sig round?....

  • .357 Sig round was created to get .357 magnum capabilities in a semi-auto round...it's basically a bottle-necked version of a .40S&W.

it is totally different from a standard .357 magnum round...

  • ooo alright, thanks for the tip

  • gay!!!

  • Who cares if you gay...LMAO!!!

  • lol still a nice pistol

  • i prefer glock ...great vid anyways,,

  • thanks...yeah I got this gun before I started carrying Glocks.

but, Sigs are pretty good too...

  • can I paut a 40 cal barrel on a 9mm sp2022?? HELP thanx great vid

  • SP2022 is the new nomenclature...so yes...or visa versa...

  • I have a Glock 22 .40 cal converted to .357SIG and havent went back since. The .357SIG is the most accurate. Anybody who likes the 40 short and weak do your research, the SIG has dropped people in the dirt more and faster than the any semi auto round. Theirs many stories of people surviving hits from .45 and .40 but most shot with .357 SIG are fatal. Ask the Texas DPS

  • To each their own huh...

  • .357 is a great round but its a bit to snapy for my tasts. now if i were to make a sub gun it would be in .357sig.

  • Nice review. I have been strongly considering purchasing a 2022 9 mm. Keep up the great work!

  • thanks...sure thing...

  • which is more powerful, and accurate the 357sig on 40 cal?

  • My 2 cents worth....357 Sig is basically a bottle-neck .40 S&W...

However ballistic charts show the .357Sig ft.-lb energy at the muzzle is higher...so as far as power goes .357 Sig edges out the .40S&W.

Now accurate...well that comes down to the shooter, weapon, and type(brand, grain, etc...) of ammo.

  • The 357 Sig round has a flatter trajectory than a 40 Cal.

  • love your vids are you a cop or swat just wondering

  • thanks...now that's the $69,000.00 question everyone wants to know...sorry don't say want to keep some anonymity here...

  • lol ok

  • so where you think the best store in hawaii is? which one has the biggest gun selection? which has the cheapest prices? what about for ammo? i live kinda close to the one on young street and i work at tripler so i'm like 3 minutes away from young guns lol. those are the only shops that i know of. thanks

  • SEC-good deals/small selection

YOUNG GUNS-again good stuff/biggest knife selection. That's the (2) shops you mentioned.

All the SPORT AUTHORITY STORES have a limited selection of rifles, shotguns, and ammo.

Kaneohe Gun Shop-small shop, lot's of stuff...search in google...great online site.

    GUNSOURCE-2357 S Beretania St # D

    Honolulu, HI 96826...good selection/comparable prices.

  • cool, thanks a lot for the info. gonna have to pass this along to my coworkers too since some of them already started buying lol.

  • MAGNUM-small knife selection/lots of ammo...has EVERYTHING else...including an indoor range. High prices though...

  • i just picked up one of these yesterday for $250

  • WOAH!!! that's a great deal man...

  • i'm about to pick up this hk usp .45 though for 399

  • you get some unreal deals...more power to you bru...

  • this is detroit and no one can pay full price for anything.

  • lol!

  • thanks, thanks, thanks...

  • I have the same gun and i love it that is what my department gave us I have not had a bit of trouble with this firearm.

  • cool vid broseff as always:) peace

  • thanks...

  • Sweet gun what do they retail for??

  • about $700.00 back in 1998...another $200 for the .357Sig barrel...

  • 5 of 5 as usual

  • What's the deal with the white dots on the top of the rear site?

  • it has regular 3 dot nights sight...the dots on the top I guess is another way to lining up the gun say holding it at waist level...when not shooting in the proper fashion...never needed to use it.

  • mass my st. nice video

  • Yeh, Winchester and S&W wanted to shorten the 10mm auto. You ever shot one of those?

  • .40S&W...Yes all the time.

    .357Sig...No...

  • I meant the 10mm auto.

  • u should make some shooting videos

  • Two questions for you? 1. Did that 357. sig barrel come with the gun along with the .40 SW barrel? 2. Could you also get a 9mm barrel for it because I think that you can always go down.

  • nice vid JT, ive been wanting one of those since they came out

  • Great vid I got one of those and many other sigs I enjoy watching sig vids

  • What exactly does "watch your six" mean? Six what?

  • means take care of your self

  • Watch your back! LIke 6:00 on a clock!

  • its a term for watch your back, like 12 is your fron and 6 is your back

  • that makes sense.

  • Mahalo nui loa

  • what song is that?

  • My roommate had a sig..it was really expensive..he didn't clean it that often but it still worked really well...I wonder what would happen if it got really really dirty

  • thanks...

  • smart SIG option .cant go wrong with that transformer (.40 to.357).lol

  • that's some cool stuff and not something to mess with... freaken awesome gun.

  • Nice gun i like my p229 in 9mm the best out of all my sigs. But the 226 is a great gun as well,i would have got the 40sw but i like the higher capacity mags.
