Presentation is not even close. The Show kills 2K. The gameplay as well. Every aspect except 3 things, The Show wins. The swing stick and bat sound is much better on 2K. The pitching style and meters are much better on 2K and the throwing meter in the field. These are major but, everything else...yes everything goes to The show!

I used to like 2k until 08, when every pitch i hit was a home run, and every other game i pitched was a no hitter, i found myself actually trying to not hit home runs, and forcing myself to give up hits, on the hardest difficulty. I switched to the show, and sometimes i still get owned only on veteran, MLB 10 The Show FTW!

2K10 has Pretty good Commentators, awesome Pitching/batting mechanics (especially the pitching, the pitching meter is just ugly and boring).

but The Show has got great realism (graphics, better day/night change, empty seats, fans trying to catch foul balls...etc), and catcher mode.

I just wish they would make one freaking game compatible with Xbox and PS3 that would combine the best of these two games !!! I'm sick of this 2K-The Show-war... it's getting ridiculous. and I don't know what to buy !

If you own a 360 only well then your kind stuck unless you want to buy a new console just to play the Show (I'd have said it was totally worth it last year and the year before but this year I think 2Ks effort is pretty awesome and which game you prefer is a matter of personal taste rather than a no brainer! :D)

MLB 10 The Show is much better. It looks better, it plays better (imo), it feels more like the real thing. The announcers pick up on more and the commentary flows like youre watching a real game. The create a player feature allows you to choose your full name and the commentators say it. Not sure if 2K10 does that or not, but its awesome.

I agree with "No matter what baseball game you choose this year, you will have fun."

I think 2K10 is an easier pick up and play game. The Show takes time
