It's not Nikki Sixx. Stills from this era are on a web site called Full In Bloom Music. Go to the interview with Don Adkins, you can see the bassist from this video, wearing the same stage outfit, in two photos. Nikki wasn't in Circus Circus, he was in London (and so was Blackie).
