heres a good lil recipe for grilled prawns. making a marinade consisting of soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic powder. let them soak it in for 20 mins the grilled it. sometimes i prefer just grilled prawns/shrimp becuz grilling them in their shells already provides a good amount of flavor, and just need to salt and pepper to taste.
