When you close up the casing are you justing top stitching on the casing or are you also sewing on top of the stretched elastic?

Just a tip....use 2 safety pins for each end. Safety pin to casing as you are feeding through :-))~

@oud25 Elastic can be purchased at any fabric store and it comes in all kinds of sizes. The pattern you're using should tell you what size and how much elastic to buy.
