Love it! I always liked Renee the best, the others were a bit weak sometimes.

@MsJackster7 really? i liked audrey the best. i think they were so cute together! ya know? she was more sensitive while he kicked ass...i didnt like how when renee and him were together, there was no sensitivity to their chemistry, well, i dunno maybe its just me

Renee was great in the 7th season she was introduced but was horrid in the 8th. Everyone who plays the interest are talented actresses but the writing was weak in that last season.

Audrey was tolerable and people bitch about Teri Bauer being annoying but I'm not easily annoyed . . . Kim should have never existed.

Overall, I'd go with Audrey since she actually did her job & Chloe was also cool. The worst overall was Marilyn Bauer & I liked Nina until she went rogue (I'm a guy BTW).

@WatchMyAwesomeVideos lol im a girl and i agree. Audrey was the best fit for him! i felt like she was sensitive and he was tough ( unlike tough and tough w/renee). i felt like renee and him were too similar ya know? there was no contrast. i loved ninas whole storyline, and i love chloe's sarcasim.

@WatchMyAwesomeVideos but i nvr rlly liked teri at all...idk she never stood out to me and i felt like her and jack had no chemistry. btw i just finished watchin all the seasons again (3rd time :) and i barely could get thru season 8! it is just so, idk. UGH! why did it have to end on such a bad note?

You're right, I only enjoyed some "24" S8 episodes but even then, they were "been there, done that." They've already have him lose a love interest (Renee's death felt gratuitous), the Nina clone (Dana Walsh played by Katee Sackhoff, made up for bad character development), EMP bomb & the Islamic/Anti-Americans baddies were lame.

Teri was okay & is respected for making Jack who he is; what about Kate Warner in S2? I liked her; she didn't scream & I wish they had her play a bigger role in S3/S4.

@WatchMyAwesomeVideos YEAH! i liked kate but you gotta admit...it was WAYYYY too soon for him. He lost everything when teri died so i think thats why she wasnt in s2 or s3. Just wasn't ready yet :(

@ComeTogether365 Yes, it made perfect sense but I would've in the end had preferred that she come back in Season 4. Instead, they choose all of these new women, kill off/don't bring back my favorite support characters (Chase Edmunds, Curtis Manning, Michelle Dessler, David Palmer, Tony Almeida for Season 8) and keep in the inferior ones (Wayne Palmer, Kim Bauer, etc.)

@ComeTogether365 I wish that they could've also added something truly edgy like have Bauer end up dating someone who he later found out was Nina's twin sister or something crazy but I guess that would really push it.

Either that or fall for Michelle and then the whole incident on freeing her from Saunder's men in S3 would be about who cares more about her (Tony or Jack?). Hell, Nina should've been in on Tony's undercover mission in S7.

@WatchMyAwesomeVideos OMG great idea about the michelle thing! Jack and her would've been such a HOT couple! hahaha :) And I always thought chloe had some chemistry too w/Jack. Dude, wouldnt that b cool though if nina somehow was still alive after Jack shot her and worked with Tony. IMAGINE at the end of s7 (when Jack is in the hospital bed ready to die) Jack gets a call, "Hello Jack. All this time...you thought I was dead." Jack whispers "Nina?" END SCENE! It would give him motivation to live.

@ComeTogether365 I would've liked it if Nina killed Kim one Season making it twice as personal than any other love interest who succumed to death.

Kiefer supposedly dated Reiko Aylesworth in real life though and, yes, S7 would never be the same. Hell, how about a catfight between Renee & Nina? What if Nina had kidnapped Audrey one season and been the one to get punched in the face by Curtis (as opposed to corny Mandy). I know this show would lose plausibility but it would still be fun.
