I just got vonage, and you really scare me. My first experience was the sale man lied to me because it's not free calls to any part of the world. Vonage got too greedy and their customer service is less to desire. they are n longer the cheapest nor best voip providers out their.

best internet???? you dont know what your talking about..dont you read?? dont you think?? I been using vonage for 7 years and Im very satisfied with it... its very easy to understand if you cancel the serviced after 30 days and within 1 year you need to pay a disconnection fee of 39.99 plus the modem of 79.99 thats around $120. all phone companies has a disconnection fee.. try to think before you make a comment.. vonage cant be the number one digital phone serviced if they are cheating.

You are correct, you need a decent internet connection. DSL won't do. Cable is fine.

Now who in the world would rather pay a for phone service when you can get it for FREE! Do the math.... paying monthly = Stupid

let me tell you vonage is awesome.. I like and I have had any drop calls. you also choose what your bandwidth depending on your internet service. they give you a choice and tell you everything, they were nice to me.. so first learn the u can say something

wow you HAVE NO IDEA of what your talking about...about the internet... you only need a GOOD internet service, GOOD doest mean fast(<128kbps works!). about your Billing issue, THIS IS HOW VONAGE CHARGES!, automatic payment, for a reason you provided your credit card.. and about the cancelation fees, please READ the terms of service so you can see what they offer. Vonage is not a BAD company, its a GOOD company with tricky terms like almost all the companies out there.

you suck. i've been a vonage customer for about a year now. and i've had minor problems but i haven't been lied to by them. perhaps you were not smart enough to test your internet speeds before signing up for vonage so you created this problem not vonage.
