One thing I realized when I took Southeast Asian politics is that my high school education in the Philippines never taught me about democratic process and know the implications and complexities of the issue. The Luisita farmers voted for SDO as provided in the constitution. What principle are you talking about ? The Cojuangcos were complying with CARP. One thing I realized when I took Southeast Asian politics is that my high school education in the Philippines never taught me about democratic process and know the implications and complexities of the issue. Yes, I believe that there really should be some amendments in the constitution. Like the double jeopardy in article III, the quorum number of article VI, and many more (just try reading the constitution). I do agree with constitutional reform, although making the philippines under parliamentary wont make any difference. Its just in different "look". The Luisita farmers voted for SDO as provided in the constitution. What principle are you talking about ? The Cojuangcos were complying with CARP.
