He definitely looks like a pit bull, not a shar pei. He is not wrinkly enough for a shar pei, and I've never seen a brindle shar pei or lab. Regardless of what he is, though, he is adorable! I love that sweet little face, and he seems really gentle around the baby.

that's a Pei-Pit Bull mix, not a Pei Lab! the shelter told me the same thing about mine. We don't care, he is the best little dog ever.

I agree.Looks like part pit to me. Labs & Shar pei's are solid colors. I doubt the 2 together would produce a mixed coat like that.
