@SummitTraxxas Have you followed the specified settings on the Youtube help page? They give you step by step help on how to export your video for that issue. For partnerships they have a list of suggestions too. If you meet their guidelines (i.e; you own all your content) generally they like to see that you have a regular audience and that you regularly upload videos. Have to look at it from their side because becoming a partner is about making money for them. :) Good luck!
