  • NIce. No, I wouldnot necessarily say he was assisting himself by kicking; the kicking wasnt big enough to detract from the pulling, and besides, this workout is more about building stamina and conditioning than building muscle, so keeping a steady pace and rhythm is more important.

  • while doing your pull ups you are assisting yourself by kicking your feet....
