This is pretty good. Judging from the comments on here, they've done a lot better before, although this is actually really good. I like it a lot. The only thing is the overpronouncing of the words.

Ok. I'm going to be completely honest. I used to be one of those OBC purists who will only watch OBC. Then, I decided that I was going to watch this show on tour that I should get used to that cast and watched all the TotallyTrucked videos. This cast is really good, I promise. The only problem I had was with Jake: he was too soft with Melchi. I stand by Christy; don't be dissing because Lea's not there. I love the OBC and Tour Cast. Everyone in the ensemble above is phenomenal. Look them up. :)

@HSMTSLover I was the same!!!!!! I thought...No! No one is better then the OBC, but i have to admit the tour cast was brilliant, especially Kyle,Blake and christy. I wasnt too keen on their Georg as i felt Skylar had such a powerful voice, but the tour cast is amazing. I must say though...Blake & John gallagher have been the only mroitz i can personally really connect with, and i feel the same about Phoebe strole, Krysta rodriguez & lauren pitchard as ilse. We have had some AWFUL ilses & moritz!

@TRASHYgah Yeah, the Moritz is always so hard to cast. I love Blake and John, are only ones I truly loved. And, Kyle is amazing, him and Jonathan are my favorites. Steffi's so cute!, It was just one of those having to get acclimatized to another actor and another voice, ( eg, I love Christy to death but it really took me a while to get used to her as Wendla because her voice was so different than Lea or Alex or Eryn). I really fell in love with the tour cast through TotallyTrucked. :) <3

I wish the tour cast would come back!!!! :) If they DO end up doing a movie a pray to god, if not the OBC cast that its the tour cast in the movie (Or some mixed) I would LOVELOVELOVE For blake as moritz or jon or kyle as melchoir!!!

They are great here but this is nothing compared to how they sound live. I saw the show a few hours ago (sat front row and Steffi smiled at me!!) and to be honest, I prefer the tour cast to the original Broadway recording. They are absolutely incredible.

i have to agree with u. as much as i love the original cast i love the tour cast more espically when it comes to WENDLA i think christy has a much better voice for wendla dnt get me wrong lea has an amazing voice but its way too mature for the character wendla however christy voice is raw and not perfect which creates the young innoncent and naiive feel to her making it more belivable and touching

Hm, in a sense I like the new intepretation of the choreography but not really. I think they should've made Christy just cool it on the dancing to make her harmony more strong and the others could keep dancing the same. I think that would've been amazing.
