jesus i have like 200 more bucks to pay on my bike and then i can take it home and look over it even more but what the bike shop guy told me was that its a GT i8 and it has new maxxis tires, fox 40s, and a dhx 5.0 coil and i will let you know what elase i got on the bike in the next like 3 days
ok so i just picked my bike up a day ago and its got an 8 speed internal transmission system, 8 inch HOPE hydraulic brakes, easton monkey bars, sun rims w/ 2.5 inch maxxis high roller tires, the fox 40s r2 and a fox dhx 5.0 coil on the back
well see the frame isnt marked but says GT all over it but the hole bike was only produced un 2006 because it was expensive to make. the guy at the bike shop said he called GT and had to ask what it was and thats what they said but i think im going to call them on monday and double check
yeah, it has to be the GT iT1, that's the one GT built with a gearbox. Whatever frame it is, it sounds like a really nice build. Where do you ride? I ride mostly at Diablo Freeride Park.

watch the rock shox factory video. It's interesting things look like they're kept in house at fox which is much better quality wise imho.
But you pay for quality. That said many people are happy to pay a little more.

I couldn't agree more. I run a Fox 40 and a DHX 5.0 on my bike. And when it comes to customer service, they're the best people to deal with.
