What did you do for this? XD Did you change the brushes opacity and just blur and create a new layer?

I just grabbed a tablet and drew over it all. Then smudged a few parts to make them look better. 'Bout it.

Translation because I realize I sounded a little rude: I can't really explain what I did to it outside of just took the brush tool with a tablet and drew on it. Before I do this, I usually lasso the area, then use Hue/Saturation to change the base colors to something I liked...Then at the end I start smudging and editing everything to have it look better. I rarely use layers because I tend to forget about them, though...this was an exception.

..xD I would, 'cept I suck at tutorials. That, and I have like an "OMGsuperOlllllllddddd" version of photoshop that nobody I know uses anymore. But maybe someday I will.
