There actually is a video on youtube with this black kid doing the lean affect without using the pantented shoe thing. And he proves it by wearing just socks when he does it.
@tiskarno yes the lean is possible to some extent. That kids lean is possible, not very far. But MJ's lean is pretty gnarly. Not possible. You try it haha

When he did that, on stage, their feet went into a locking mechanism, theres actually a vid where the one back up dancer gets stuck in it and has to pull his foot out. So that move is an effect :) wish it was possible haha
lol good job dude... but to all y'all above... this isnt the original choreography.. there are some moves from the song in there but the filler is all just him improving MJ movies... which is AWESOME... but not the orig dance... :) I only know because Ive done it... and set it...several times :)

@emz33 Yeah that's a good idea. And I wish you the best of luck! Some advice though, when trying to learn a dance or dance move. Just "feel it". If you try too hard it won't work. Just relax, feel the music, feel the dance. And the moves will follow. When I dance it's all improv. I never took a lesson. And for this MJ vid, I watched the Smooth Criminal music video for about 5 minutes then went out and danced to it from memory and just "feelin it". I hope all goes well for you!

yeah :/ but now i won delete them in .. few years i'll get views i knwo too long but if it get lotsa views tehy will check me other vids n so my vids will be watched one by one xD long wait but its worth it ..

U did 1 move the whole time...being a impersonator i have to think that u are thinking to hard about ur moves. Tha worst mistake u can make is thinkn about ur next move. It has to come naturally, keep practicing tho :)
