when I saw ccr in 72 they used Kustom amps. John fogerty could use any amp, and he would sound like .... well, like John Fogerty. The sound is in his touch, his soul, his fingers. Ever notice that doesnt matter whether he's playing an old gretsch, a dot neck 335, a p90 les paul, or a PRS. You can tell its him playing before you every see him or hear a sung word ?

Great song, he played this and a bunch of "old greats" at Gröna Lund in Stockholm this past weekend. Despite having minor soundmixing problems (ex: had to stop the intro to The night time is the right time and tell the sound guy to adjust the levels) the gig was AWESOME! A true legend who still delivers on stage, thank you Mr F for being such a source of musical inspiration!!
