Being a guitarist myself, I think it to be good. But exceptional is another thing altogether. Not a prodigy. We Indian Musicians are not extraordinary because most of us don't use our culture and history in the music we produce.

What this person has done can be done 1000 times better by the Spaniards.

What kind of guitars are these? They are not like American archtops at all (obviously they are Indian) but I want to know more about them.

The lead guitar is just a standard cheap model commonly available everywhere in India (model names like Gibtone and Reynolds and Hobner and such), made of plywood and stuff like that. Not something you'd want in your collection if you wish to enjoy good music, but ideal for lending out when friends come to borrow! It goes to his credit that he's able to get some decent music with this thing.

Also when you check out this guy's other videos they're pedestrian. This music is backed by a common 'accessible' rhythm and the guys just noodling on it. Also he suffers from megalomania proclaiming himself a prodigy (the video/title're posted by him)! Sorry man U Sriniwas, Deb Bhattacharya were prodigies, this is averageness applauding itself!
