There is no denying that you need to exercise to lose weight! but everyone needs that little push at the start to continue your journey. this product does that very easily!! it did for me! i lost 50 pds in 3 months now i can start exercising with less pain in the knees and 50 pds less!!! check my video and email for more info!!!

alefiyasj: how long did you work out each day? like was it just this demo... or did you do 20 or 30 of each... and could you tell me how much of a difference it was?
does this make your waistline like curved cuz what i want is to have like a curved body if u kno what i mean im not from england nor america so i think waistline is like ur waist that is curved by many women if u do this exercice will you have that ? if im wrong explain plz thnks :)
