I'd say he does insulin and carb spikes a couple times a week, and uses synthol as a base for his gear cocktail in the obvious SEIs he does to his lats and side delts. All that inflated muscle from too much IGF-1 induced growth and the synthol build-up makes him look just too big and soft even if he cuts a lot of water under his skin. It's been a long time since he's had deep, sharp striations, definitely over-juiced by this point in his career.

They still work their asses off, even more then the natural bodybuilders. Steroids alone (except for Synthol, but that's not a steroid and no one in IFBB is on it) do not "create" muscles. They enable you to train harder by helping you recover and getting you stronger (the price for this being their brutal side effects).
