The UNICEF representative states that time is needed to develop Sierra Leone. How can he say that when right outside there are kids begging in the street? I'm sure there is alot more going on, but it just seems that they are out of touch.

I'm not an African, but, when I see how barbaric some Africans have been to their own people to advance the agendas of the Western powers, heroes like Paul are in a very short supply there... I hope someone steps into Paul's shoes soon before we lose another generation of Sierra Leone to misery that's keeping entire Africa unstable..!

It is so sad what happens to the children when you leave it to the government.you only need to look at our own Country's child protection agents and prison to see How government takes care of its children. it is sad how government give lip service on protecting our children. and we as a people do nothing to change it.
