@MuammarAlGathafi What? Just because it's the law? (ORS 811.275) It's like all of the whiners on here in regards to the unmarked OSP vehicles. If you're not breaking the law what's it matter if the vehicle is marked or not. Just like if a person is doing the number one responsibility of a driver, to "pay attention" what does one need a radar detector for?

Hehe, my friend and I made the makrome curtains in Mo's the restaurant you are referring to. =) That was a long time ago...1999 I think. You wouldn't believe how much Florence has grown. Lota stealth police cars there. Even though I never speed more than a couple mph above the limit and haven't gotten a speeding ticket since my speedometer was broken about 20 years ago, I still think those stealth police cars are a sneaky and underhanded way to collect ticket revenue.

I guess people there are as dumb as they are here. Everyone thinks they own the road and everyone (including nature) needs to yield to them. Too many jackasses on the road plus cell phones = insurance rates will go up. Isnt there something in the book when you study for a license that mentions what to do when you approach an intersection and the lights dont work? Dumbasses!

It took me a second to realize that Mustang had some sort of cop lights. Not sure what kind of department has cars like that. The cops are walking a fine line with their cars. Its getting hard to tell if you get pulled over by a cop or some nut who has a blue and red light kit.

I don't understand people. When I approach an intersection and the lights are not working I treat it as a stop sign. Hopefully nobody was hurt.
