would have helped if u would have put some streamers on the vent to show the air volume when u changed fan speeds we can't feel the air in a video

There is also a plug under the cap just unplug it

i have the same one but im trying to drain it .. i removed the white cap from the back of the unit and no water is comming out,,, wat im i doing wrong ,,, pls help

@agathaga Some of the units don't collect water necessarily as your manual my say. It is there just in case I guess.
