@MrYoshiToast Those sound like the Mario Kart 64 figures from ToyBiz. They only made 7 figures; Mario, Luigi, DK, Bowser, Wario, Yoshi and a Mario with a clear shirt. They are excellent figures, sculpted well and flexible. They were released in 1998 and are now extremely rare and expensive.
