  • man, I wish my gym had chains, I'd only be doing this with like 75lb dumbells though lol

  • if ur gyms got 110s then i guess youve also got 160s,so whats the point with the chains

  • @MMAengland weight increases as you go up and it takes more control with the chains moving

  • @MMAengland: the idea is to work on brute strength with the chains. it deloads at the bottom and allows you to over load at the top with a weight you would otherwise not be able to do. You have to push harder bc the weight will increase as you finish the rep. Using the 160's straight will not have that effect.

  • attention seeker. very gay.

  • lol mental!

  • 110 pounds that heavy enough lol thats like 50 killos thats wat i press for 6 reps with a bit of spot lol .. so how much was that all 2getha woth the chains .. it's a mad idea thoug cause it's harder cause ur tyrin to balance as well lol keep up mate love ur vidoes

  • all together it was 320 pounds, 160 pounds in each hand, at the top its 160 pounds and in the start its about 140 cause some of the chain is on the ground and when you press the chain increases the weight slowely

  • that's great. put it favorites to show my sons

  • yeah give it a try, its really great and you work your muscles different way, cause i also only had 110 pound dumbbell in my gym and its great way to add more weight

  • Nice idea have only got 110 hex rubber dumbbells will try it.

  • chains are great for breaking through a plateux for sure, when i started using chains, my strength went up big time and its a good way to add something extra to your training to get your strength up

  • the chains are for weight every inch on the way up its like someone is adding extra weight, very good for stabilization

  • would you say chains are good for breaking through a plateaux?

  • what is the deal with the chains, for style or for weight

  • with the clain look ugle

  • thanks man, yeah the chains make it much harder and you work hard all the time

  • Impressive man -- not only for the strength aspect of it, but also for the concentration, I don't know if all those chains rattling next to my head would throw me off. Nice!

  • thx man i always try to find new exercises and new ways to get strong and they are all working great, we only have 110 Dumbbell in the gym so to go heavy i try to add big chains
