  • hugo is a good man compared to our government.

  • I think that Glenn Beck is right and the government will use a crisis to impose a police state. The problem is that the crisis will probably be a terrorist attack and Glenn Beck only contributes to the problem by saying that Obama doesn't do enough to keep us safe and jailing people without trial is a good thing. Lets face it he has been a part of the Neo-Con war machine since it started.

  • Beck is an a**hole. Leno asked him is there a single politician that he likes and he said no, they all betrayed us. What about Ron Glenn? What about Rand? What about Peter Schiff?

  • Finally. the judge got his own cable show

To everyone that pressured FOX to do it, and everyone that made an effort in any way whatever, good work, and have a beer

Then get back to work, we have a lot to get done. We have libertarians to get elected, and a message that millions still need to hear.

  • judge.... don't have glenn beck on, he's fake.

  • Term limits on congress don't go far enough. Term limits need to be put on ALL government employment. It's a conflict of interest for those that work for government to vote for those in power. Would you vote for someone that was going to downsize your job in government.

    Will BP arm their employees?

  • @anarchylogic Agreed. All public servants must be part time servants, or they will not remain servile for long. Serve for a few years, then go back to work, retirement, real life.

  • @anarchylogic sorry but it is not possible to put a term limit on all Fed/Govt. employment. Would it be correct to tell the person who after getting his/her masters degree then passed the academy that they can only be a FBI agent for a set number of years? What about the Secret Service agents? ATF? Postal workers, Boarder gaurds and so on?

All Congress and Senate members should indeed have term limits, but said limits should never have to apply to a non political Fed/Govt. job

  • @bigdaddyevil666 Sure it is. Producers do not need any of those jobs, but those jobs need producers. Why do we need and FBI agent more than 4 years? Or ATF? Or any boarder gaurds for a term greater than 4 years? If the term is not limited on gov employees you get employees demanding more and more regulation of the producers for their job security. IE: the FDA, ATF, IRS, DOE, etc... There are now more regulators in gov employment then companies to regulate. And we're broke because of it.

  • @anarchylogic If they were to put term limits on the FBI, ATF Postal Workers and others groups like that, then we would not have any. No one would go through the amount of studies and training just to get a job for 4 years. What about pending cases? Be them civil or criminal.

I understand where you are coming from, but you need to understand putting term limits of those type of employees will only bring a huge massive fail. It is just practical common sense.

  • @bigdaddyevil666 Why not increase the pay to 250K per year tax free, for thoes 4 years then? The tax money Americans are forced to pay is not as big a deal to most of us if all the regulation stops. Make the pay larger for the term but make the term shorter, then force them back into the real world where they have to produce and not just show up-and some don't even have to do that now.

Just my thought on the matter.

  • Watch the film PharmaWhores at Pharmawhoresdotcom

  • Glenn Beck is off the mark!

He works for Rupert Murdoch who co-partners with Lloyd Blankfein of Goldman Sachs who runs ABC/DIsney. Goldman Sachs aka Government Sach and Halliburton are the ones that the media is NOT talking about, but they are the ones behind this. This is not a Republican/Democrat thing, like the media is making it out to be, and Obama is just another Puppet like the other presidents.

  • Glenn Beck looked pretty nervous to me as Judge 1st went to him. I imagine he was thinking something like..."oh shit, what have i gotten myself into being on a libertarian show?"

  • Governments really do commit violent crimes?

They commit the biggest in the history books?

    Absolute, the worst offenders!

  • they did that so BP couldnt claim BANKRUPTCY. WOW, maybe BP's stock might have went down because they caused the worst American disaster in it's history. AND there HAS been oil spills on land. More important, if we drill ALL of our 2% of the worlds oil it would drop gas prices by 3cents in the year 2030, sry, thats only if you believe the facts:( Oil spill was caused by cutting corners and NOT ENOUGH GOVERNMENT OVERSIGHT to make sure everything was done to code, sry again only if u belve the fcts

  • So the english people should have violently taken down the british government and committed more violent crimes?

Eye for an eye ridiculous foreign policies have been the reason for millions of innocent deaths and I don`t remember the US making many apologies over the THOUSANDS of innocent victims it`s oil wars have produced.

Where was the call to arms over Bush and Cheneys Tyrany?

  • @PhilipPorter The call to arms was there, but Fox News didnt want to air it (except for the judge and Beck (but I think Beck was still on CNN at the time, so really just the judge was allowed on air, and on for a few seconds at a time).

  • "Governments really do commit violent crimes." Ya think???????? And does Beck think that America did not fundamentally change with the passage of the U.S.A. P.A.T.R.I.O.T. A.C.T.??? Geez, remember that 4th Amendment?? Ah, yes! That was a good one. Too bad the somnabulent people of the U.S. let that one slip...yeah...and that whole fairy tale story the gov put out about 9/11. Uh, yeah...speaking of governments that really do commit crimes...but I digress. The judge is the man!!!

  • @restoresoundmoney The Patriot Act did not fundamentally change America, it is very similar to bills that had already been passed in order to give the feds greater power in regards to the drug war. There were some things in it that were even more disgusting, but it can't be said that it changed America in any fundamental way.

  • This is new. Talking about freedom, that hasn't happened in many decades. People always grumbled and complained about government agencies, but most didn't see the fundamental dangers of government over-reach until the Feds ruined our economy -- a second time. The first time was the Great Depression. Now we face a far worse economic failure.
