its a sequel of the two books; Alice is now a 19 year old girl with no memory of here past adventures in Wonderland. she falls back down the rabbit hole to find Wonderland in a war between the Red and White Kingdoms. as she travels through Wonderland, she gains memories of her past adventures there, and with the help of her old friends, she battles with the Red Queen (a combination of the actual Red Queen from Through the Looking Glass and the Queen of Hearts.)
