@KoenZyxYssel Of course there are health risks, but only if concentrations in the body reach a certain threshold. Hydrogen sulfide is one of the deadliest gases that occur in nature, conc. over 1000 parts per million will kill you instantly - and this is the gas we have in our farts (the stinky stuff). Ammonia and ethanol are also toxic, but if kept below the threshold, will be metabolized easily in the body. That's why we have smell and taste!
