The national guard comes in and a big presence is made. Looters get shot and then arrested. You're much less inclined to steal when the consequences are pretty clearly displayed.

For the past 20 years Australia's social welfare or Centrelink's handouts have not increased and are still around AU$34 a day, or AU$238 a week. Average rent just for a room is AU$80-100 a week. Add cost of food of minimum AU$100 a week and cost for public transport and it is already over AU$238. Australia will soon join UK and the rest. Asians are buying your best land on-masse. Indians and Africans are taking away jobs.

According to the law employers do not have to advertise for casuals' do not have to ask references or C.V. or pay into the account. It is all negotiable and at the discretion of the employer. There are loop holes in legislation and employers enjoy them to the max.
