To anybody who has used Option #5: Restore PS3 System! I have backed up my data onto an external HDD, aware that this would delete everything. However, when i went to this option it gave an interesting message. It said my data will be deleted and "This data cannot be restored." . . . So if I do it this way, I won't even be able to restore my backed up data using the Restore option from the Backup Utility?? Please answer as I don't want to use this option until I know for sure!

ps3 has to be version 2.50 or above. yea annoying, happened to my cousin and will cost £150 to get fixed, what a ripoff!
