  • I'm not saying he didn't do it. It's possible with hard work and setting your mind into it but something is just not adding up in terms of time scale...At 2:45 , how did he go from day one to day two like that?

    That's just not possible, unless he lost the weight in more time but pretended to be in one day and all his time scale is not right.

  • @CodShotz try eating fruits a fiew times a day, you won t be hungry that mutch than, replace cake and all that for fruit, remember first 3 days are hard than it is way more easy

  • @Roald1988 now iam not like the guy in the video, but iam trying to get there lolz, i would recommand anything you like personally i just take apples bananas, citrus fruits, pear's. It doesnt really matter that mutch, it is like more for a replacment for anything sweet, Most inportant is not to take it as an punishment, and maby just once or 2 times a week take a cookie what should be normal.

  • Great results man, very inspirational. It's a shame people feel they have to pay good money for a muscle building plan and weight loss when all the information is free. It's a shame when people feel the only way they can change their body is to shell out big bucks and then fail anyway.

    For instance cardio is free people, get outside and jog, don't worry if it's not in a gym, on expensive equipment wearing the latest fashion accessorize, just get out and do it.

  • You suck Adam Waters. Reason: Marketing. If you have all these connections and it worked so well, why wouldn't you just give it away. Too many times have I and my friends tried all these different methods for weight loss. I admit some worked a tiny bit, but the point is: we have spent a good bit of money on stuff that didn't work.   • hi adam, i really think your video is the most inspiring one i've seen so far.

    I am 21 years old, i am 170 cm tall and 87 kg, i used to be slim and fit until i graduated and scored myself a desk job, now i work 11 hours a day and have absolutely no time for exercise (and in my country it is very hard for a girl to go out and exercise) i tried saving up for a treadmill but no such luck.

    Do you have any advice for me i really want to lead a healthier lifestyle but dont have the resources :( help!

  • i have some advice =3. Replace the things that waste your time(watching t.v., slacking off etc.) with exercise. All you really need is 30minutes of exercise a day. That is what i have been doing for 9 weeks now. Make research about your goals find a plan that fits your life and above all never give up. ^^ and good luck trust me, you can do it.

  • Adam what do you think of this. 2 weeks ago i started a mission to get a six pack by 9th june. every day i eat 5 portions of fruit avoiding fats, and i run on the tredmill at a steady jogging pace for 30 minutes (just recently moved to 40 covering a distance of 5.99 km) 3 times a week. do you think i will reach it?

  • Hi YEEBZ, depending on your starting point hitting a sixer by June 9 is more than enough time mate. With your diet are u taking in protein? About 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight is a good mark. Your cardio schedule sounds good, are u doing any weight training?

  • yhh i sometimes do weights and i do eat alot of chicken which provides protein ive just moved my cardio to 9kmph for 40 minutes and sometimes i do 1 full hour. I normally go to the gym 3 times a week.
