brought this album back in the 1970's when music was music,it inspired me to learn how to play the bass,and i still play after all this time.this song was a song you could play if you were smoking some gooood bud,or you took a tab of window pane,purple haze or orange sunshine,and if you had a bad sound system.....it was all over,the mood this would put you in was awesome,thanks chambers brothers for the memories.

Was scrolling thru my Sirius Radio and got the deep tracks channell and was able to hear the whole 16 minute version on the way to Omega Institute for their Ecstatic Chant wknd. What a perfect fit. This was music from a time when we had attention spans to listen to music (properly induced by the correct intoxicant of course)

Stationed in Japan, 1973...had a great friend named Gregory Mack--he turned me on to this album. Lotsa water under the bridge since then, Greg, but the Mac Attacak still rules!

And I'm wrong this song was on the STUDIO half off this songs entitled Album. The Album was released in 1969, the Live side was recorded Sept. 13, 1968 at the Fillmore East.

SO happy to find this here! I was driving in St. Louis once (in 1969) and this was playing on the radio. I got completely caught up in the music and didn't remember where I was going ... it was like being in a 'Twilight Zone' episode (and no, I wasn't tripping!)
