Actually I think Phil may very well be stoned as in having smoked some good weed, but I know he certainly is free of his horrible opiate addiction. Weed isn't the worst drug ever if used correctly....I don't even smoke it much anymore. Phil has been, along with Pete Steele, idols of mine since '94. That was a life-changing year for me. Rock on Brother Phil!
