this is mere Droplets compared to what we are now seeing and as Oil Coated ships are being KNOWINGLY ALLOWED to pass directly through metro new orleans water source the Mississippi river. so why is the public safety not an issue now? the river would have to be closed for months thus effectively shutting down port traffic and bankrupting BP Oil.
