Songs like this are free to use as they please as are most "older" songs. Thats why you still hear a lot of old songs being used in commercial's. In fact I have noticed since everyone has been cutting budgets there are more and more commercials with old songs being used!

Funny Games is one of the worst movies I have ever endured. Complete garbage. It did have an engaging trailer though, which is the only reason I decided to watch that putrid piece of shit movie. Nice work with the Halloween trailer.

The quick flashes at the end were perfect, my only suggestion would be to make it seem for innocent at the beginning and as the trailer goes on reveal how sinister the movie is
