People always talk about you shouldn't use products that have glycerin and a lot of other oily things so I'm glad you proved that to be a myth! Thanks for the video!
Hi Ms Pretty Dimples.....my 7 year old daughter has a natural very dry/nappy coily look after I wash her hair. Now when slick it back with some moisturizing lotion or conditioner, even gel; her hair texture gets wet and silky looking. But after it dries, it goes right back to looking nappy and dry! Can you suggest any moisturizing/conditioning products that will keep her hair looking wet, silky and moisturized at all times please? I swear I have used everything I can think of! PLEASE HELP!
I am SO happy you made your video this way. Everyone else was going on and on about why they use their products, where they bought them...blah..blah..blah. You got TO it girl. Thanks!
Hey Ms Dimples, my hair is extremely dry and damaged, can u recommend anything besides cutting my hair again and NO SHEA BUTTER plz, the thing ruined my hair
@duffcola0622 you can try doing a protein treatment. i use aphogee and have a video on it for more info. but if you haven't trimmed your hair for a while you still may need a trim
@PRETTYDIMPLES01 I trimmed my hair like a month ago, but I'll trim it again next week, I will try the aphogee and let u know how it worked, thanks love :)
@duffcola0622 keep in mind shea butter should be used to lock in moisture. So if your hair is already dry, then it will make matters worse. Try doing the protein treatment like she said, but also add this leave-in conditioner from this video. I suffer from dry hair as well, and sometimes I just spray water in my hair. Glycerin is awesome, but DON'T use it in the winter because it loves water (which is good in the summer to get H2O from the air) but in the winter, it steals H2O from YOUR hair
I've tried your leave-in conditioning spray 2 and it is also good!! I put a few more oils in it then u, but it's all good!! Thanks again 4 the idea and recipe!!
hey how are you ? i love your hair pretty much i want to make that mixed can you write me the name of those product because i cant get then please all of then thx you comment back <3
isnt it hard to mix all those oils together?? I tried to mix evoo and warm wather and shake it, but after 5 minutes the two sepereate itself, and i want it to mix and spray it on my hair as a conditioner
Hi Pretty Dimples I made your leave in moisturizing conditioner but do I use it every morning and every night. Sorry if that sounds like a dumb question but i just did the BC March 5th and my hair stay so dry I can't stand it. Please help me out with any advise you can give me.
I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for the video tutorials! You've proven to be a life-saver for me as I work with my daughter's hair. I've had a hard time keeping moisture in her naturally curly hair, saw this video, replicated what you did & sprayed it on her hair today. It's soft and shiny -- with defined curls! I can't wait to see her hair as I continue to use your tips. Thx so much!!!
PRETTYDIMPLES01 I don't know how to ask this question any better than this sorry.
I'm from Nigeria and my hair is overly tough and coarse, I recently cut it because of health issues and am regrowing it natural. I've watch a few of your videos and love what I see and I'm wondering if your conditioner, moisturiser and treatment will bring out curl and lovely hair for me like it dose you?.
So you can just spray it in your syled hair? Is it better to use it after you wash your hair or does it matter? I have relaxed hair, should I still use a creamy conditioner since my hair gets tangled easily?
I'm glad you did this video. It helps to have an alternative to store bought moisturizers. Your recipe works great if not better and my hair loves it. Thanks!
the oils for a dollar may not be a good idea to use because it has a lot of other synthetic chemicals in it that may not be good for your hair. But all of those natural products she was illustrating you can buy the oils at a health Food store. or like she said from whole foods. depending on where you live. like the Jojoba oil theirs a lot of companies who make this kind of oil but you have to read the back of the label and make sure the ingredients in it or as pure as possible,.
Prettydim[ples, I finally found this video (refer to my posts on other vids). Yay! However, I couldn't really see the name of all the products. Are the stuff you described at the beginning (written in the green background) what you put in the purple bottle with the IC moisturizer? I know this might be asking for too much (and feel free to say no) but could you write all those stuff (With the exact names) in the description? Are there things that can be ignore (since there's so much stuff)? Thx!
marush- in time i'll put the things in the discription box. these are the things i put in so you can add or take things out as you like to make a conditioner that fits you.
Oh ok BEFORE u style. I sprayed my glycerine mix on AFTER I finished my style for "moisture". Big mistake cuz it looked like a frizzy puff instead of a curly puff. Is there anythg u can use for a lil shine or moisture aftr ur style is done?????
Is this the kind of leave in conditioner u spray on B4 u dry ur hair??? Or u use this throughout the day to prevent dryness??? I used a glycerine mix aftr a twist out n my curls were kinda gone. I figure the liquid messed up my curls n made it frizzy.
I have most of those oils.I can't wait to try out my mixture. I am a PJ on a budget so I think I'l make the acception to get the oils I don't have and just use the leave in conditioner that I do and add it to it. I have Neautragena silk touch leave in or Mane and Tails conditioner that can be used as a leave in or conditioner. I normally use it for co washes and my daily moisturizer. You think either one of those would work with my leave in moisturizer conditioner?
Great, just needed measurements for the ingredients.
