i have turquoise eyes and bought two pairs of circle lenses...I like my natural eye colour and am fortunate enough that I have yet to see it replicated with contacts. I bought a green pair and a black rim pair...the green pair looks too bright and fake on my light eyes...the black rim is very cool though...:D

I beg to differ, coloured contacts,are another form of cosmetics in my opinion, it's all in fun... why do ppl (mainly women) dye their hair, wear make up, perfume, shave their legs etc. do they have low self esteem? I wear lenses to see wear i am going i often change the colour with my moods of the day or with what i am wearing, sometimes i wear clear contacts, has nothing to do with esteem honey.

kardio, well, I am not really talking about people who have obviously weird colored contacts like purple and stuff because they are at a party or something. (even though it's really ugly to me). I am most referring to people with naturally brown eyes who believe that lighter colored eyes are SUPERIOR to their own eyes and try to pass off contacts as their real eye colors. That bothers me..I personally believe natural is the most beautiful, Maximize what God gave you..don't cover it up!

But that's just me though. Maybe if I had light skin and light hair, I want them to be dark as well. You always want what you don't have.

Uh no, it depends what color you get. It needs to be appropriate for your complexion :) Look at my dark tan skin; it wouldn't match with BLUE! If you are tan colored the best is hazel or honey. Nice warm colors. If you are pale or light caramel then green or blue looks good. Now a lot of people for parties wear rave contacts with crazy designs for fun but they know everyone will notice. :D
