  • "and I am a scientist." pfffft why not share your credentials with us, Mr. Brink? otherwise, great videos.

  • @llsoonbedead

If you want my creds, see bio on my BrinkZone site. I'm not going to list them under some YT vid. Glad you enjoy the vids....

  • And I was just about to click 'checkout~ and buy some Nitrix

  • Fell into the N.O Explode trap a couple of months back. Wish I would have seen this first, because I dropped $58 on something that I only used a couple of times and now the remainder of that crap, is rotting in my cabinet.

  • drop no products

just drink a strong coffee before training

  • done any hunting lately

  • Very informative video. What are your thoughts on protein? Is it scientifically proven to help muscle growth. Increased protein intake is one of the only things that really works for me...

  • Your info is really good to sort out FAQ about bodybuilding myths & truths. Thanks.

  • will brink...what do you think about the latest NO2 RED???

  • @lewisbyrnand i took no explode for the first time today and lift an average of 10-15 kilos more than normal

  • thanks 4 shootin it to us straight. it iswhat it is

  • ive taken the NO-EXPLODE supliment product befor rugby games a couple of times. and ive found the effects very very good. i get an energy boost for a good hour, and i mean, AN ENERGY BOOST. however, i hav'nt been takeing befor the gym.

given what ive seen here, i think im gona leave it. thinking a good meal and a can of red bull would do the same job.

thanks for the summery and explained very well.

  • I noticed that a cup of coffe pre workout gives me the same energy as an n.o product

  • this channel deserves views by millions, sharing it as much as I possibly could.

  • You look like a narc.

  • @jizzum4000

Most narcs would be smart enough not to wear a 5.11 hat would be my guess :-)

  • why do these n.o products make me not sleep at night? pisses me off!!

  • @towerofdubs

Because they are generally loaded with stimulants. Read the labels...

  • nice hat

  • I use a simple arginine and citrulline product. Do you mean to state that the NO theory is bunk? Why then give a nobel to Ignarro? I'd like to know. Thanks

  • @soulmambo

NO "theory" has nadda to do with you trying to raise NO via some supplement. You're letting supp company marketing hype impact your thought process there.

  • I have tried all sorts of pre workouts wich also often are used as "pump products". I like products containing caffein, tyrosine cause they make you mentallly in a better state of mind to work out. However I recently tried out WTF by ALR industries, and it was the worst pre workout I ever tried. You get a burning sensation in both troath and stomach upon drinking it and it messed my stomach up. Useless stuff really.

  • I agree that it's inaccurate to categorize n.o. products and especially pre-workouts with stimulants as muscle building supplements. If one is taking these products for muscle building, they are truly misguided. However, I don't think that people need a study to confirm the drastic increase in blood pump and muscle strength that they get from them. So n.o. supps really do work, for improving endurance, strength, delaying fatigue, and muscle pump. They do nothing for protein synthesis.

  • Thanks Will I Use No Oxodle It IsGreat It Really Seems To Work Thanks For The Information And Your Website Is Great Owen

  • nice patio furniture

  • Good information, thanks so much for sharing!

  • a lot of these NO products also contain a drug known as yohimbine, which has been known to cause heart attacks.

  • awesome, i was skeptical of NO products myself, good to know

  • I have used tons of NO products and none of them did any thing for me.

  • you get a huge adrenaline rush before you workout so therefore.... you work out harder and last longer enabling you to put up more reps...i used naNO Vapor today and it worked great. i got a new max up on my bench and i was able to put up more reps on my tricep and bicep exercise....i recomment this product

  • @athletekar i agree with you.

  • @athletekar it was all in your head you could of accomplished all of that without it if you just set your mind to it and pushyourself a little...but hey if you need some chemical powder mixed in water to make you grow some balls go ahead...

  • So should I take creatine or nitric oxide?

  • Good information, enjoying going through all your blogs!

  • Finally someone who speaks the truth all those pre workout formulas like N.O. Xplode and superpump 250 are just pretty much loaded with ingredients and hidden with proprietary blends most of it is caffeine though

  • Lol This vid was uploaded on my b-day :D.....Thanks I was looking in to N.O Now Im definitely not going to pay a cent. Ill keep with my Routine.

  • People should realize how huge it is to have a guy like you who knows how to see through all of these ridiculous claims supplement companies are making. This video alone would save anyone who heeded it's advice a min of $50 alone.

Thanks again for being a trusted "go-to" person. You act as a buffer between the companies -- who may not have our best interest in mind -- and the consumers who just want to be healthy and view supplements as a way to get an edge.

  • @jyoseph

Thanx dude. Most enjoy getting the unbiased facts from someone like myself who has "been there done that" in the industry, knows all the tricks of the trade, and has no vested interest in sales. Some however get upset when you burst their bubble, and blame the messenger vs the info itself. Glad you enjoyed it!

  • i wish i found you before i had blown $75 on a product that just gives me a caffeine rush

  • great video, I was just about to worry if I have to inclue these supplements. Thanks you saved lot of my money.

  • thanks for the info. I've been taking N.O. supplements for a while now, off and on for over 2 years. The only thing (honestly) that I have ever felt was the buzz from caffeine and other energy inducers found within most N.O. supps. And then the crash comes a few hours down the road... so you're saying it's prob a waste of money? Are there any N.O. supplements that actually do what they say they do? thanx

  • Thanks for the quick summary

  • @jrmhng
