This is not a UFO but a Russian ballistic missile spinning out of control near low-Earth orbit and then exploding. It is extremely embarrassing for the Russian military because the project has a high failure rate. Russia denied knowledge of the missile at first to save face. I think it's holography. It is sending particles to a specified height (possibly charging them with a different amount of energy) that form a 3d image of something from particles. It is spiraling because they were testing how this thing works moving and how it is possible to make moving images. As you can see when they turn off the equipment the middle part becomes hollow, meaning that particles are send to central point.

I have noticed some inconsistencies. First, the highly detailed image of the event, taken supposedly from Steamship Pier, according to topographic observation and local photos, is facing south. Second, the HAARP facility is to the south-east, just over the ridge. All other video footage of the event is facing North, past Nordfjellet peak. Has anyone come across images of the area to give better directional placement?
