whats d fps range u getting? i have a ati hd 3200 on hp laptop with 1.8 gb ram... i can barely play atlow settings... increase in ram increase perfomance .. might be same for urs too.
I can play this game on maximum graphics with maximum resolution on about 60 fps! ;P

i use windows 7 RC and intel GMA x3100 too....
i think intel GMA x3100 is the best intergrated graphics.....

i don't use the windows 7 drivers, i use the the latest intel drivers. anyways for example akash used 7 too.
