The buzzy sickness you described is called a nicotine buzz, and only newbies get it, or if you haven't had cig for a few days. Personally, I like Benson, but I've been know to smoke Marlboro (stronger than Benson) or Silk Cut (weaker than Benson). If you don't like the ashy taste, you could always try menthol. :)
