@sunsofguns sometimes craig tapes segments for different shows out of order. there probably wasn't any next guest at that taping, which was why he didn't care if she stayed for another segment.

@sunsofguns Craig doesn't know who the next guest is. Or at least, he's pretending to not know. So when he says: "I'll tell you in a minute", he means he can tell her when the guest actually walks on or someone has told him who it is.

@josefmanga - I think that Carey`s appearances preceded the Tardis on his desk. I am looking forward to her next visit, perhaps she will see the Tardis and bring it up. It is very possible that he did not recognize her as she was a complete unknown as Sally Sparrow and she cut her hair since then.

I just watched the 1938 film "Pygmalion" with Wendy Hiller and Leslie Howard. Now i am really looking forward to a Colin Firth-Carey Mulligan reboot of "My Fair Lady" if they can finally get it off the ground next year. They would be awesome in those roles and 47 years is long enough for a retelling of the G. Bernard Shaw classic.
