What's it like at SUNY Plattsburgh?

Loved this college! best years of my life!

I grew up on Long Island and graduated Plattsburgh in 72. A fantastic college and great place to live. Reside in CT since 73 and have visited each and every year since. If I had to do it all over again SUNY P'urgh would still be 1st choice. Amazingly good time and made lifelong friends. The college prepared me very well for my 32 year long teaching career.

have relatives there. Came from Europe to Plattsburgh and spent there 2 months in summer of 2005. Unforgetable! :D

It's not all white at all. I lived in Banks Hall and there were not many white people.

Its not all white our campus is very diverse.

How diverse you ask? Well, I'd say that it's an equal number of different peoples there. It's refreshingly diverse, to put it simply.

Not all people are white. Many people are actually black(or African-American) students and there are about 500 international students too. I am Asian, and LOVE this college:)
