Geothermal doesnt work unless you are sitting on a gyser or hot springs. They got sucked in! What they wont discuss is their heating bill with all those windows and the heat loss.

Sounds like there plumbing/hvac guys really soaked these people.

@111dcormack Geothermal works just fine without hot springs, it uses the earths constant temperature as a way to transfer heat when it's hot in the summer and cool in the winter to regulate the temperature inside the home. And those windows are part of the design, they allow the sun to shine in and warm up the home in the winter and in the summer the design of the roof doesn't allow the sun to come into the home.

Yeah. Yeah. Everyone is right. When I first started reading the comments, before viewing the video, I was like "that's pretty rude." They are right, though. After viewing it, I know what they mean. It is great content and the house is awesome. Great design and construction. The production of the video is somewhat less as good as the content.
