After the GC GC GC GC you go to the D...then seem to pull off and hammer on your pinky finger to get that little riff. Looks like you are doing this vs the hammer on on the D and G strings I see so many others doing. Not sure what your right hand is doing...can you explain this? Looks a heck of a lot easier as your left hand is already on the D Chord.
